Planning Commission Will Continue To Discuss Gateway Zoning

The Planning Commission will meet Monday, February 11, 2008 at 7:00 pm in the Village Offices. In addition to organizational agenda items, the Commission will continue its discussion of the proposed Village Gateway District zoning provisions and is expected to finalize its recommendations to the Village Council.

First on the agenda is the administration of the Oath of Office to Gina Reeves the new member of the Commission appointed by Council at its last meeting. Click here to view the application made by Reeves.

After Gina Reeves becomes a sworn-in member of the Commission, the Commissioners will hold elections for Commission Chair and Vice-Chair.

Next on the agenda will be a discussion and approval of Planning Commission Hearings and Submittal Dates for 2008.

The Commission also must review and approve their Rules and Regulations of operation.

Finally, the Planning Commission will review the list of modifications to the Gateway Zoning Ordinance they will send to Village Council.
